FINANCE DEFERMENT FROM ALIZZ ISLAMIC BANK

We take pride in serving you and your financial wellbeing is a priority for Alizz Islamic Bank. If you have availed financing from Alizz Islamic Bank and are finding it difficult to meet your financial commitments, we are here to help you. 

1. DEFERMENT FOR OMANI WORKFORCE THAT HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS

If you are an Alizz Islamic Bank customer and you lost your job from January 2018 onwards you are entitled to an installment deferral for a period of up to 12 months without any additional profit amount or extra charges.

How to apply for installment deferral:

Visit one of our branches with your ID card and supporting documents to show job termination

2. DEFERMENT FOR CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY COVID-19

As an Alizz Islamic Bank customer, if you have been directly affected by the COVID-19 through:

  • Interruption of pay / Involuntary unpaid leave
  • Medical grounds for self and/or immediate family members
  • Any other related financial hardship

You are entitled to an installment deferral for a period of 6 months.

How to apply for installment deferral:

Visit one of our branches with your ID card and supporting documents from Medical grounds or other related financial hardship.

3. DEFERMENT FOR OMANI WORKFORCE WHOSE SALARIES ARE REDUCED/WITHHELD

Because we care for our customers, if you are amongst those whose salaries have been reduced or withheld, you can avail a deferral on your Home, Auto and Personal Finance installments for up to 3 months, without any additional profit amount or extra charges.

How to apply for deferral:

Visit one of our branches with your ID card and supporting documents from your employer to show salary reduction.
